    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • More than 7 days prior to arrival: Full refund applies
    • 1 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee applies
    • NO SHOW: 100% cancellation fee applies
    • Cancelled tour due to force majeur or coast guard restriction: Full refund applies to the affected activity

    • In cases of cancellation due to force majeure, for purposes of the rules, shall mean acts of God, calamities, actual disasters, and other reasons beyond the control and diligence of reserving party, client shall submit a letter of cancellation stating all the necessary information such as the reason and pertinent details of the guest/s.
